Fund Forfeiture: Where prohibited conduct is confirmed following investigation, xtcbet reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance — including any deposited real-money funds — held in the offending account(s), in addition to any winnings generated during the period of prohibited activity. xtcbet's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

xtcbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
A Member may close their own account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
